Currently, the contagious epidemic COVID - 19 caused by coronavirus SARS-COV-2 is eventuating complicatedly and unpredictably because of emergence new variants accelerating rapid spread disease. In that situation, it extremely important to manage provide information public. However, applications websites only discrete there no unity among applications, which has led a number difficulties in both managing for regulators searching users. Therefore, this paper proposes ``Building WebGIS on circumstances COVID-19'' citing synthesizing from official state agencies with two main objectives: Building provides about tools automatically warning users at their address location or GPS location. It also helps find way closest hospital. Most importantly, through most accurate timely instructions regulators, can receive instantly accurately displayed more intuitively effectively. spatial database Healthcare be used management when needed allows authorities update data concisely.
